We are expert 'transferers'. What does that mean?
There is SO much information available to basically everyone on the planet right now.
Yes, I know there are many that don't have adequate access.
But for us, as teachers, we have the opportunity to transfer meaning to our students on a daily basis.
The crappy (or awesome) part of this is that we must be viewed as credible by our students if we want to actually transfer anything meaningful to them.
And their 'credibility radar' is working well.
They can spot an imposter from far away.
Don't be an imposter.
They already know it, anyway.
That will always be enough.
